What is TSG and what are the benefits?
If you have purchased a new Toyota at any point, you will be familiar with Toyota Service Advantage or TSA. This capped price servicing means all your scheduled logbook services are one set price for a minimum of 3 or 4 years of ownership or 60,000 or 75,000km (whichever comes first, depending on which vehicle you buy).
But what you may be less familiar with is what happens after this period ends. Have you heard of Toyota Service Guarantee or TSG?
What is it?
TSG has been established to help provide owners of eligible Toyota cars with transparency as to the maximum price they will pay for a scheduled logbook service, and exactly what will be performed as part of that service. It only applies at participating dealers – and Ken Mills Toyota is one of them.
Who can use it?
To be eligible, your car must have first been sold in Australia; is a “Current Generation’’ vehicle i.e. the most current release or “the Previous Generation” (Ken Mills Toyota can confirm this for you) and has mileage of less than 150,000kms. That’s it!
How do I use it?
There are three ways you can find out the price of your next logbook service under the TSG Program.

How long will this price last?
Your TSG quote will be valid for 30 days from when the quote is generated, or 31st December, whichever comes first.
